Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible, your jewellery must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
